Can I still exchange FetchDog merchandise?
No, we cannot handle FetchDog exchanges, but you may return the merchandise to the address above for a full
refund. You can order a replacement from In the Company of Dogs.
Will my current FetchDog order still be shipped?
Yes, most items will be shipped as ordered. If the item is not in stock, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be sent if applicable.
Can I still cancel an open FetchDog order?
No, any open orders not already cancelled will be shipped. If necessary you could then return the item for a full refund.
Will FetchDog Gift Certificates still be honored?
